When you want a matter resolved before or during litigation, you want to be totally confident that the person with whom you entrusted your dispute will be effective and get you results. Here is where experience counts.  Adrian Randolph’s diverse experience makes him your “go to” expert.

Mediated or Arbitrated More Than 100 Cases.

Adrian has tried more than 30 cases to verdict on a broad range of issues and from both sides of the table. Adrian subscribes to the maxim: “The only good case is a settled case.” For years, Adrian volunteered at the Sacramento Superior Court to resolve day-of-trial cases. He has either participated in or acted as a mediator or arbitrator for more than 100 cases. Adrian is adept and skilled at “cutting to the chase” to determine a value of a case. His temperament, patience and intellect are catalysts for his success as a mediator or an arbitrator for your matters.

Understands Your Business.

Adrian started his own law firm from scratch and built it into a 16-person enterprise. Eventually he sold his interest to his partners to work for his client, Union Pacific Railroad. His law firm experience gives him a broad perspective of the law business–from building a client base to working hand-in-hand with clients to resolve their issues. Adrian can provide you exceptional representation, because he understands your needs and the pressures of running a law firm.

Unique Vantage Point on Government Entities.

Adrian also had the unique opportunity to serve as Sacramento Regional Transit’s Chief Litigation Counsel for six years while simultaneously managing his law firm. His experience with RT gives him a unique vantage point on how to manage litigation for government and quasi-government entities.  Adrian is experienced in public disclosure and Freedom of Information Act issues.

High Level Corporate Experience.

His near decade of experience with Union Pacific Railroad is another factor which makes him your best choice to resolve your matters. At UP Adrian was responsible for handling and managing diverse cases throughout nine western states. He worked in conjunction with in-house counsel and retained counsel and was always respected for the exemplary service he provided for his clients.
